By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Golden State Signature provides mobile and electronic notarization services within California. We do not currently offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide valid government-issued identification for notarization.

• You are responsible for ensuring the document requiring notarization is complete before scheduling a notary session.

• Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to the authorities.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for notarization services are clearly stated before booking an appointment.

• Additional charges may apply for travel or after-hours services.

• Payment must be made at the time of service via approved payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are provided only in cases where the notary is unable to complete the service due to an error on our part.

6. Limitation of Liability

Golden State Signature is not responsible for:

• Any consequences resulting from improperly completed documents.

• Verifying the legal validity or accuracy of the content of documents.

• Any delays or service failures beyond our control.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
